Bought this at a thrift store today. At first i thought it was a money clip but turns out it is a knife. It has a unique way of opening. I canot find anything like this for John Deere stuff. Any one have any info on this. Is this a newer item or older? Thanks

I own a couple if these knives, mine are from AC DELCO and a local filter place. i've had mine for about 15 yrs. other than made in USA no other markings on them.
