I am a regular contributor to the publications "Teddy Bear and Friends" and the global "Steiff Club Magazine", where I write about vintage Steiff.   5. Hum, I do not believe he is Steiff as his proportions are not correct. If he was a turn of last century Steiff bear, his arms and legs would be long and thin, and his "hands" would reach to his knee...
