ID These Chairs ? Extream Carving and Inlays

Just bought these - need help to ID them. I'am thinking Early Aesthetic Movement - Extream carving and inlays - notice that they are reverse inlays also ( one with dark inlay and one with light color inlay ). The inlay and carving is on the front back of the chairs - the sides and on the legs. One chair is a little taller than the other ( the dark inlaid one ). Both have slip on beautiful hand needlepoint seats - solid walnut under seat. Are they American or European and Possibly by Who? Thanks for looking - you're help, time, and efforts. Rbjr326
