      Hard to see his face but appears to be a Polish made Military Novelty Miniature Soldier on guard to be displayed not a toy nor would I call it a doll . More a figure . Again dating him in late 1940's to 60's . What are hands made of ? I know that is a big span but he has signs of being newer in material he is made of . Very nice post
