    I know this has cobalt blue beads and soap beads...It came from my Moms Estate,She was half Indian (uknown Tribe)...Any help identifiying this Pouch would help me alot...rojoknives@hotmail.com

      I would agree with Viking this is a medicine or tobacco pouch. Regarding you're request to identify the tribe and years of manufacture. That can not to identified unless you know who made it because plains Indians bead work was done by several different tribes. Its value is also hard to determinate several factors such as overall condition, skill of the maker, patterns and I for one could not set a value on it. Nice piece I like it Hadbrake
