    This little guy stands just under 4" on 3 silver ball feet, not sure if he's english, German or Russian. may have had jeweled eyes at one time any makes have worn away. Mad Hatter? from Alice in Wonderland, Toothpick holder, Spill Vase?

      He really looks like sterling to me. Do you know for a fact that it is sterling silver?
