I found these coins ( and others I will post) in the stamp collection I got two weeks ago. Not worth much, but very exciting to have a surprise like this in one of the boxes. Anyone ever have an unexpected treasure find when you were least expecting it? Love to hear the story.

In my travels earlier in life, I always carrier a Seagrams bag of coins to give to friend's kids & they loved it. Now, it's the grand-kids, & they still love it. Cost me nothing & I'm "Uncle Lucas" to many. Now, if I can just find the little "B" who took off with my 1st yr issue of an 1868 Jamaican coin worth about $600!

Jono, I'm not a coin collector. I just pick up coins that are old or look interesting & usually give them away to people who seem to like some. Yours is in much better than the 1868 that I had.
