Porcelain Gray, White Goat w No Mark or Barely a Mark

I am confused by this little gem. It resembles very good pieces by other makers, but the only mark I can detect, if it's a mark, makes no sense to me. Thanks ever so much for any consideration in helping me identify this piece.
