Old Spanish or Mexican Doll

I believe this doll is either Spanish or Mexican in origin. It was given to me by an aunt over 40 years ago. It is made of real lace & satin material. The doll itself is not plastic. I can't tell what type of material, but it is very hard. I'd like to know how old it is , where it came from and what type of material the face and body are made of. Thank you!
