Is it or isn't it Waterford ??? I received this stunning cake stand as a gift and was told that it was unsigned Waterford. It is crystal but doesn't look like anything I see as Waterford. It is tall at 12 inches and wide at 13. Can anyone identify this for me. Thank you !!!
