Rare African fruitwood Hagenauer sculpture

Another new purchase, Rare Hagenauer African fruitwood and brass standing woman, Height is 40 cms( Huge) Model no 9675 , this was the most expensive of all the African figures in the Hagenauer catalogue of 1957, so ony a few were made, the last one of these figures sold was lot 164 Quittenbaum Hagenauer auction, in April 2010 , it sold for 6600 euro, i purchased this at Bonhams London on October 16th for far less, it is not only rare but beautiful as well.
