Vintage Puppy Porcelain Perfume bottle

Here's a cute little porcelain puppy perfume bottle found in the same little box as my previously posted elephant atomizer. It is marked Dreamerie New York and has a tiny cork with a hole in the center, I'm not sure if it once had an atomizer bulb mounted atop or some other form of delivery due to the clean hole bored through the center of the cork.
