Cranberry and White Decorated Shaker

This interesting cranberry shaker reminds me of a sort of a Cameo Glass piece. The white decoration shows off well against the cranberry background. Much like the much larger sugar shaker Ive posted in an earlier post.
Not sure who produced it, this paneled optic shaker has a two piece top.
