Found this while searching for old bottles on the goldfields near bendigo victoria. Looks better in person. Not a good quality pic. I guess the 31,000,000 pounds says the year. I would think awarded to a salesperson.
Has a yellow jewell. Glass i spose. Uses lead. Still turns. Works.
