Would love help identifying this mini basket. It is clearly hand blown but no sig that I can see. Any ideas? The top handles do not touch directly as they appear in the picture but rather swirl past each other, seen better in second pic. Thanks for your input and help. sioux
Not sure if this is art deco or art nouveau
