Asian Combs? Handpainted wood with bone?

I came across these four pieces quite some time ago and they have been sitting in my closet ever since. I was hoping that I would have come across something that was similar to these pieces but unfortunately I have not as of yet. I really don't know much about these at all and I am hoping someone will be able to help me out. Thanks!
