Mother of Pearl Inlay Desk and Chair from Syria.

We bought this desk and chair at an auction about 15 years ago, it was taken from an Embassy from a country, that at one time my husband was at fighting for our country as a Navy Seal. The desk and chair has mother of pearl inlays and was made in Syria. We believe it dates back to the 1940's
