I have not found anything on this artist or on the markings. The name of the artist appears to be: J (?) Stewarle or Stewarte (the t is not crossed). It measures 15" long by 11" tall. I acquired this in 1979 on the Eastern Shore of MD home of Assateague Wild Horses. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
