Custard Glass Fenton???

This vase was purchased at an auction in Texas. It is a creamy beige color and measures approx. 7" x 4" at its widest. I have looked at a lot of vases and I'm wondering if this is what is called Custard glass and the ruffle reminds me of Fenton. I would greatly appreciate knowing for sure who made this vase and any other information you might have. Thank you!
