Old Stoneware Pottery Vase Mark Unknown? Tablelamp

Stoneware pottery table lamp. I am not sure of the makers marks and if anyone could help it would be appreciated. Thank you.

My thoughts and what I see is that it the lamp is old because of the wire that has been cut is wrapped in fabric. The stamp looks like it spells Germany and next to that stamp is an I or lower case l and the capital letter L ,O, along with a series of numbers. 8.5" H
