This is a 6 1/4 inch high Napcoware High Chair Planter.
It is made of bisque. It is pastel pink and blue with gold trim. It has faded but still sound and free from cracks or chips.
The stamped on markings of C 5554 indicate it was made in 1962. The silver foil sticker says Pottery's Co Cleveland Ohip Made in Japan.
It's still a treasure.
