I'm sure this is Pluto - but maybe I'm looking at it wrong. I've never seen Pluto in a tutu before and can't find any reference to him like this online anywhere. I have also searched everywhere on this but do not see any markings. Curious to learn how old this might be and any background. Thanks for looking!
