    All I know its from the era between 1940s-1960s, the width is 33inches and length is 22 inches. It has in small print at the bottom right under the smiling tire made in America. I believe its just tin with a painted picture on it. Its only one sided. Thats about all that i have about it.

      That is a late 50's to 60's tire if that helps.
