My doll Jesse was given to me when I was 7. As a child, I didnt give importance to her box, tag, and passport. Could she be from Hertel Schwab & Co?

No she is not Hertel Schwab of Germany. They made dolls 1910-1930, Bisque antique dolls . Your doll is a newer contemporary doll from around 1980-1990 . They may have used a Hertal mold to make her depending how neck is marked but she is not a original by them . Very cute and was sold as a collectors doll not a toy like the antique ones . Many many companies mass produced these types of dolls even as early as 1970 but they peaked in 1980's . She has what is called a watermelon mouth ,the smile :-)
