    Can anyone confirm what this is, country of origin and perhaps a suggestion as to age??

    It has raised figures and writing, never been opened and a shake sends back a liquid sort of sound.

    I added a photo of the top & the bottom. No english lettering at all. Small piece of a paper label on the bottom.

    Note at the right of the lady figure in the 2nd pic there appears to be what might be a signature of the artist??
