Ok so I went to an estate sale today and this contraption caught my eye. Folk art ? Who knows I had to save it. I love glass so when I saw the doorknob I knew I had to have it . Who and why someone took the time to attach it to a solid block of wood ? your guess is as good as mine. I told my wife it would make a great paperweight and we brought it home.
I love it! Very pretty.
I have one almost like it, just no wooden block. I am looking for a way to mount it, but it stand up pretty well on its own. I bought mine at a flea market. It a good stress reliever.
