Mystery Hallmark Hang Tag???

I acquired this necklace recently at an Estate Sale. It is a creamy white seed bead necklace constructed in a chain link form. I like unusual things, so I bought it. It does not have a lot of "hanger" appeal, but when you put it on, it looks very sophisticated.

My question is, does anyone recognize the flower hang tag? The only maker I am aware of is early Swarovski when their hallmark was the Edelweiss, but I did not know they worked with anything other than crystal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
