Large Bronze panther statue needs makers idenity

Hello, I purchased this bronze panther/jaguar at an estate sale. The estate rep said the owner had purchased it 20-35 years ago on one of her travels. The artist/maker's marking is on the foot. I have searched ad nauseum, hours on end. Does anyone recognize or know anything about these symbols? He is 40" long 12' high and 12"wide.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
