Can anyone tell us about this china?

We are packing up our in laws house and cannot find any information about this china. Please help! It looks like brown on white floral with gold. With some white hand painted on the flowers themselves. On the flower petals and on the leaves. No makers marks but different stamped numbers on the bottom.
