Hi, Could you take a pic of it on a White background and a few pics from different angles (like other posts here) ...and also try to get a better pic of what is written on the bottom. Looks something like Hea_er, but I do not think it is Haeger Pottery.

As to what it is............I am wondering if it might be a Fu (foo) Dog as in Chinese folk-lorn. They are sometimes made to be kinda ugly looking.....?? IMHO
