I do not know anything about this thing, any help would be appreciated. It is a hand pump like cart or car. Is it junk or would there be some value to it? Thanks for your help.

I wonder if it is a version of the Row Cart.

This could be called a Row Cart or a peddle car, however, I had one many years ago and it was called an "Irish Male" I would think this car would have much
value to some one. Don't destroy it.
