Victor Saglier, Paris and Cristalleries of Saint-Louis ?
cristal salt stuff mouted with silvery metal in Rocaille style. Cristal handpainting with gold enamel.
C 1890-1900, I had it two little silver spoons by Léon Coignet in the same style.

Saglier was a parisian silversmith who bought vase or other cristal stuff to Daum-Nancy, Legras Saint-Denis, Verreries d'art de Lorraine or Cristallerie of Saint-Louis. He bought glass to this factories and mouted them.
It's difficult to know who made the cristal of my salt stuff ... but it was probably Saint-louis.
