think this chair is victorian ,but not sure,can anyone help identefy,and give me a rough value

think it is oak carved or molded framed with tan leather on seat and back with a long diamond shaped pattern running up and down the leather back and simalar on the seat,it is studded with gold coloured studs about 1cm apart round the leather seat and back inset
