My dad's vintage light up Pepsi sign. Have only seen one other like it on here. Lights move in a wave-like motion across the sign.

I have one of these two. I'm from a town where Pepsi Cola was bottled. I'm wondering if it was a distributor or bottlers display sign. Any thoughts on this sign?
No, I don't know anything about the sign. I have seen one other one on here, but that is it.
Owed this exact sign 35 years ago ! ! My father in law owed a local distribution company for Pepsi. Truly miss this sign!
