Limited Print 7/50 - BUKANG LIWAYWAY - Unknown Artist??

First sorry for the pics but I had to enlarge them here -- so they lost some of their clearness. I may have to retake the pics...

Anyways a very limited print of 7 out of 50. So very low amount produced. The picture itself, is only about 2 inches, by 4 inches. Small but matted. Titled as "BUKANG LIWAYWAY". Which I have found out means: "The dawn (sunrise) in Filipino". I can not make out the artist name. Looks like either Pal____, or Paf____? Date appears to be 1979 so it has a bit of age.

I do not know if the artist location is Filipiono area, or right around the corner and did this out of memory. I would assume the first. It COULD be a woodblock print -- but not sure -- only guessing that

Anyways any ideas?

**Again, I may retake photos later to get clearer ones as this is from older pics I had here -- and I made them too small back then.....LOL.
