This bowl of about 20 cm diameter was bought to Olga, the same dealer I bought the Mary Gregory green glass box. Although the many pages with early american pressed glass pages on internet and the excelent http://pressglas-pavillon.de/index2.html I had never found one similar. You know pears and grapes are harvested in autum but one is tree and the other a creeper, the motif is composed of alternating branches of these two showing fruits, leaves in great detail. The piece had been blown moulded with a 3 part mold and the bottom has a lot of ashes included into the glass and has a broken pontil (second and third pics). The last pictures is to show the detail that in each wave of the festoon there are a leaf. Please is some of you has a similar item post it.
