Hi Emmy, she is so cute with her I "love you" sign language! =) I did a search and there isn't too much info on her. There are doll experts on here who can help you. I believe she is 1960's by the style of her face and clothes. Really cute!

I think it says I love you and from the 70's . Peace and Love era :-)
