Unusual Floor Lamp with Slag Glass Shade.

I can across this lamp table in a house that I'm cleaning out. I've been trying to research it but I can find anything that even closely resembles it. It is very heavy Iron or metal with a slag glass shade and the table has an abalone top. I would love to know the maker and the history of the piece. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
