A Blue Barbie?

Has anyone ever heard of a Blue Barbie? I have one and cannot find anything about it. It is not dyed or painted but is all blue, the body, the hair,(which has a sparkle to it), the clothes (which has a Barbie label).
I found it about 7 years ago while cleaning out my mother's house. She had 2 bins full of Barbies (all well loved), Barbie parts and pieces, and clothes. I have not looked in these bins for a while and just found the Blue doll. I can fine nothing on the internet about a blue barbie.
