    Found in old farm field what is it? The center piece may have been

    removable at one time. Update the center piece is not removable but apparently swivels. the shoulder steps have Soft medium Hard stamped

    on them from bottom to top. It may be the top of a double boiler type

    appliance. The top segment has a triangle shaped hole

      i think it's a measure for seed and the center is for the graduations whatever they may have been , but that's just a SWAG...
