      Check Ebay, to get an idea, but check on pepsi site there is someone selling a pepsi bottle with a moutain dew cap on it. hope this helps.

      By the indentation on the top, I would guess that it has been opened and the cap placed on a diferent bottle. I've seen unused bottle caps on e-bay for peanuts.
