not too sure, but it looks like some kind of Bohemian red cut to clear decanter. This is the first one I have seen with a silver collar around the neck. Very nice!
Thank you fixitjmc i've looked i found the hallmark on the neck i thought it was plated when i got it so i never looked into it, hallmark showed a crescent moon, crown and the number 800 which indicates german made early 19 century.
