16mm walt disney silly symphony film

I recently bought this 16mm disney film titled el terrible toreador... But the only problem is I know nothing about it, I've tried to research it but come up with nothing, maybe someone here will know. I watched the film and there is no problems with it, the box reads weimet safety films and on the bottom it says: el toreador.....help.
