This lamp came from my great Aunt who lived in Maryland. She was a lawyer in the 1950's and lived just shy of the Washington DC border. The lamp is made of Brass and what appears to be milk glass. With a key type turn style switch. It is approximately 3 feet tall with a blue felt bottom.
Love old lamps. And your aunty was a lawyer during interesting times for professional women Any chance you could simply the background in your pictures. Hard for me to see details.
