Alexis Gorodine - looks similar to some of his signatures, although the signature in this picture is very stylized - not completely regular [imo].
The first letter of the signature is the letter Be .... The second letter of the Cyrillic alphabet. The rest of the signature is in our alphabet.
doesn't exactly match his current work, but maybe work he did before? is there a date anywhere?
