No name of a manufacture, this also comes with 2 soup bowls. If anyone knows where and who this is by please let me know! I added the two soup bowls.

I have several pieces of this set also...a few dinner plates, cups and a platter such as the one you have pictured here. They were my grandmothers. This was her first set of dishes when she and my grandfather married in 1938. The cups have "USA" on the bottom. My mother indicated that when my grandparents married, my grandmother's grandmother gave her $1 and she bought 6 plates and had change left over. They were bought in Moline, IL at a department store. My mother is going to question my grandmother a little more about the plates. If there is anything regarding the manufacturer of name of plates I will post something.
These dishes are manufactured by Mt.Clemons Pottery Co. pattern is Mildred discontinued in 1930. I have a complete set of these minus a few of the pieces.
