romantico Italian Gin bottle

I know it's a Italian gin bottle Made in milano, Italy!... I thought I found some information about it about five years ago but can't remember. Also I'm unsure if it was my grandmas to begin with or if she bought it then and gave it!... If she did I'm sure either way she would have bought it at a thrift store!.... Just don't know when. Was hoping someone would know something about it!... Possible year, value, anything etc!... Please all information and comments or most welcome!!... Thanks so much :)
