Haviland & Company Soup Tureen. Stamps indicate it was hand painted between 1888-1896 by Haviland & Co. It has faint initials AE1 or EJ1, engraved prior to glazing, very difficult to tell. From my understanding, this may indicate that indicate that it was made prior to 1888 and painted later by Haviland & Company.
Any history?
