Inlaid wood painting

I need help in identifying this painting if possible. it is one piece of wood measuring 15" wide by 24" long, at the front is all inlaid with small pieces of different type of wood then it is painted with a gorgeous middle-eastern lady. It is a beautiful work of art. At the back is a note from the previous owner, states, my father had this painting on his bedroom for many, many years. This does not tells-me anything. Would like to know who made-it and how old it is. If you have any information would greatly appreciated. Thank you
