I came a cross these cute little earrings about a week ago. Gave me spring fever! I love the detail on them but was intrigued by the mark in the back. I'm also not sure if they are sterling or not. Would appreciate any help.

Really has a pewter color to me and the mark just maybe the copyright symbol.

I wondered about it being pewter too, and the mark being a copy wright symbol but wanted another opinion since I know nothing about jewelry. Thanks TubeAmp :)
